Formally trained in cosmetology and refined through years of mentorship under master stylists, Camillia developed a reputation for installs that are indistinguishable from natural hair. Seamless in blend, immaculate in finish, and designed to last. She founded Pure Noire to create the studio she always believed Philadelphia deserved: private, intentional, and uncompromising in its standard of craft.
