Pure Noire Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Pure Noire website (purenoire.com), booking a consultation, or receiving any service from Pure Noire (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our website or services.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pure Noire, a luxury hair extension studio operating in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
2. Services
Pure Noire provides luxury keratin bond hair extension services, including but not limited to: The Signature Install, The Luxe Install, The Noire Transformation, The Elite Silk Extension Experience, associated add-on services, and maintenance sessions. All service descriptions on the website and service menu are provided for informational purposes. Final service scope and investment are confirmed at the time of consultation.
2.1 Consultation Requirement
A consultation is required before any new extension service is rendered. The consultation fee of $100.00 is due at the time of booking. This fee is applied as a credit toward your service investment upon confirmed booking of a service. The consultation fee is non-refundable if you cancel or fail to appear as outlined in Section 5.
2.2 Custom Hair Matching
All installations use custom-matched hair selected specifically for each client. Hair selection is finalized during or after the consultation. Pure Noire makes every effort to achieve the closest possible match in tone, dimension, and finish; however, minor variations may occur due to the nature of natural and human hair materials.
2.3 Pricing
Final service pricing is determined based on desired length, density and fullness, color customization, natural hair needs, and selected add-on services. Pricing is confirmed in writing following your consultation. Pure Noire reserves the right to update service pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed bookings for which a deposit has been received.
3. Appointments and Booking
All Pure Noire services are available by appointment only. Appointments may be booked through the website consultation booking form or by direct contact via the provided business email. Pure Noire reserves the right to decline a booking at its sole discretion.
3.1 Confirmation
An appointment is considered confirmed upon receipt of the applicable consultation fee or deposit and a written confirmation from Pure Noire. Verbal confirmation alone does not constitute a binding appointment.
3.2 Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify Pure Noire at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit or consultation fee. Repeated late cancellations may result in a requirement for full prepayment on future bookings.
3.3 Cancellation by Pure Noire
Pure Noire reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to illness, emergency, or force majeure. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and offered the opportunity to reschedule. No penalty will apply to the client in this circumstance.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible outcome from your Pure Noire service, you agree to:

Arrive with clean, dry, and product-free hair unless otherwise instructed

Disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, or prior adverse reactions to hair products or chemical treatments

Disclose any scalp conditions, recent chemical treatments, or medical conditions that may affect service results

Follow all pre-service and post-service care instructions provided by Pure Noire

Notify Pure Noire of any concerns during your service in a timely manner
Pure Noire is not responsible for unsatisfactory results arising from the client’s failure to disclose relevant information or follow aftercare instructions.
5. Deposits and Payments
Depending on the service selected, Pure Noire may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposit amounts and terms will be communicated at the time of consultation confirmation. All payments are due in full prior to or at the time of service completion. Pure Noire accepts payment by credit card, debit card, and other methods as disclosed at the time of booking. All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD).
6. Photographs and Media
Pure Noire may photograph or video record the results of your service for use in marketing, social media, website content, and portfolio purposes. By proceeding with a service, you grant Pure Noire a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your before and after photographs and images for such purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed, you must notify Pure Noire in writing prior to your appointment. Your preference will be honored and your decision will not affect the quality of your service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Pure Noire website, including text, images, graphics, logos, service names, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of Pure Noire and is protected under applicable United States copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Pure Noire content without express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Pure Noire provides services and website content “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of any service. Individual results may vary based on hair type, natural texture, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare guidelines.
Pure Noire does not warrant that its website will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Pure Noire’s total liability to any client for any claim arising from or related to services rendered or this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Pure Noire shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from the use of its services or website.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Pure Noire’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
Pure Noire encourages clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating formal proceedings. We are committed to resolving disputes in good faith.
11. Modifications to Terms
Pure Noire reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Pure Noire website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website or services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
